During the meeting of the Committee, People´s Deputy K. Vashchuk, declared that the bill (Reg.№4085) presuppose "let the refer to the subjects of special regime taxation by the value-added tax in the sphere of agricultural fish and forest enterprises that work with the raw materials supplied by customer". It is also envisaged that the list of the kinds of agricultural activity that falls to the special regime of taxation should be added with the following kinds as processing, recycling or/and conservation of the vegetable products.
The Members of the Committee deem that the recommended amendments are sure "to regulate the problems between the agricultural producers and taxation bodies and will facilitate the development of agricultural enterprises".
